Observation

It was determined during the On Site visit and later confirmed according to school records that none of outlets in the two classrooms and the bathroom are tamper resistent. All of them need to be replaced with tamper resistent receptacles or permanently covered with a plate. This includes that the GFCI outlets need to be GFCI and Tamper resistent. It was thought that they were in compliance according to what the school reported because they are orange which is unusual but when this licensor saw them in person that did not seem accurate. That was confirmed by the school on second review. They are now aware and are working urgently to fix this issue.
